Byenveni nan Ayoo , a service provided by The First Hi LLC ( 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ), represented in Mauritius by The First Hi Ltd . By using Ayoo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
👥 Eligibility
To use Ayoo, you must be at least 18 years old. Businesses must provide valid Business Registration Number (BRN) and necessary documents for verification.
💼 Services & Subscription
- Ayoo offers digital vCards and online stores.
- We provide three subscription plans: Rs 149, Rs 249, Rs 349, plus customized packages.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or disabling of your account.
📤 User Content
Users can upload logos, product names, descriptions, business hours, and payment methods. You agree not to upload any inappropriate or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any content violating these terms.
🔒 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violations, or legal reasons. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
⚖️ Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, and any disputes will be resolved under Mauritian jurisdiction.
